Kristína Kissová

Kristína holds the position of Accounting Manager at BDO Slovakia, where she is responsible for coordinating an eight-member team of consultants. She has over eight years of experience in providing outsourced accounting services, with a focus on accounting reconstruction, tax compliance (VAT, corporate income tax), financial reporting, and controlling.

She is dedicated to the strategic leadership of her team, identifying opportunities for improvement, and fostering team members' autonomy. Kristína actively participates in the implementation of new accounting processes, the establishment of internal controls, and process optimization. Her professional strengths also include proficiency in software such as SAP and other ERP systems, including the deployment of solutions for the automation of accounting processes.
