Executive summary
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As the tax partner at BDO Slovak Republic, Miroslav is primarily responsible for the Slovak tax team. He has over 22 years of experience in various transactional and tax compliance projects including mergers, acquisitions and tax restructurings for manufacturing and professional service clients in Slovakia and the wider CEE region. He also advises clients on cross-border transactions within the real estate and private equity sectors. He has broad experience closely cooperating with tax practitioners from other jurisdictions during the delivery of cross border solutions.
Before joining BDO, Miroslav worked for Arthur Andersen, White&Case and Deloitte (responsible for the FSI tax team). An IFRS graduate, he was recently appointed a member of the working group committee established by the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors that closely works with the Slovak Ministry of Finance on new tax legislation.
