Pavel Poliak

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Pavel is a partner of BDO legal primarily responsible for leading of green field projects, power engineering (distribution), real estate and construction consulting. He has over 20 years of experience in various transactional and legal compliance projects including acquisitions and sales of the targets, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings for various manufacturing and professional service clients in Slovakia and a wider CEE region. He also advises clients on cross-border transactions in particular within real estate sector and private equity investments. He has broad experience with close cooperation with law firms from other jurisdictions during delivering cross border solutions.

Before founding BDO legal, he has worked for KPMG Slovakia (as senior manager) and well known law firm originated from legal department of KPMG (as its partner).
