Peter Gunda

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Peter is a managing partner at BDO Slovak Republic and is primarily responsible for overall project management and quality control. He has over 21 years of experience in auditing, accounting advisory and business consulting, provided to numerous clients, in particular large multinational corporations.

Peter has developed broad expertise in his career, during which he has participated in large privatizations, cross-border transactions, IPOs, as well as the implementation of significant foreign direct investments. He has managed complex advisory and assurance projects for many utilities and manufacturing groups in the CEE region as well as the USA. Before joining BDO, he worked for seven years with Arthur Andersen in Bratislava and Boston (USA), lastly as senior audit manager.
