Peter is a partner of BDO legal where he specializes primary in complex M&A transactions, innovative corporate restructurings and real estate projects (both residential as well as industrial).

He has handled numerous high-profile M&A deals in the Slovak Republic and surrounding CEE region and provides advice on all aspects of real estate transactions and property development, including construction, investment financing, joint-ventures and corporate restructuring, litigation and disputes.

Peter has over 16 years of technical experience in numerous sectors including automotive and manufacturing, financial services, energy, infrastructure, real estate,  construction and transport.

Before founding BDO legal, he has worked for well known law firm originated from legal department of KPMG (as its partner).
